Tefillah, Parsha, and Jewish values are intentionally integrated with Social Studies and social-emotional learning, allowing students to connect Jewish learning to their daily experiences. Through reflection, discussion, and practice, students develop a meaningful relationship with prayer, Torah stories, and the values that guide their interactions with others. LOVE

Judaic Studies invites students to experience Judaism as a living, joyful, and relevant part of everyday life. Learning is brought to life through hands-on projects, storytelling and dramatization, art and creative expression, nature-based and sensory experiences, as well as community events and holiday celebrations that strengthen identity and connection. PERFECT

Hebrew Reading (Kriah) & Language emphasizes early language acquisition through immersive experiences and regular practice. This foundation supports students as they develop reading skills that prepare them for Tefillah, Chumash and Torah study. Many of our Judaic Morahs are from Israel, enriching learning with authentic language and cultural experiences. With the help of our B’not madrichot, filling their year of service with our school, the students are infusing their Hebrew language skills with a love for our country, Israel.

Chumash is taught as both a text-based study and a source of meaning. Students build decoding and comprehension skills, engage with Rashi, and explore the moral lessons embedded in the text, connecting Torah learning to character development and thoughtful decision-making.
